RIGHT TO REFUND AND PRODUCT CHANGE

If during transport there has been any damage and you wish to return a product or part of your order, you must notify us immediately in writing by email to sales@msadecoration.gr, stating the reason for the return, or by calling us at +30 2310 785880, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Notification must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If the reason for the return is due to a defect, you must inform us within 48 hours and also send us a photo of the defective product to sales@msadecoration.gr. Your photos are valuable to us as they help us communicate with our suppliers so that we can identify any production quality issues more quickly and effectively. In these cases, a photo of the item is the best solution. If the reason for the return is due to a defect or damage during transport, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company, provided that the shipment was undertaken by the transport company cooperating with MSA DECORATION. However, if the customer undertook the shipment of the order with a transport company of their choice, MSA DECORATION assumes no responsibility for any damage or defect that the product or products may have suffered during transport. If you wish to return the product or products you ordered for any other reason, such as it doesn’t fit in your space, you don’t like the color, or you are not satisfied with the quality, etc., then the return shipping costs are not covered by MSA DECORATION and are solely the responsibility of the customer. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs, only the net value of the product. The return of the amount for any reason is made no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date that the COMPANY approved the request and received the return of the goods with the return slip of the recipient company. Mandatory conditions for product returns: – The product has not been used. – The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents. – No labels, tags, or brand markings, etc., have been removed from the product’s surface. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by a return slip from the recipient company.

IMPORTANT: Your order is valid once payment is made, either by card or bank deposit. Only then are the products reserved, and their packaging is completed.

Otherwise, the order remains pending for 3 calendar days, and after your telephone contact with a representative of MSA DECORATION, you will be informed whether you wish to proceed with or cancel your order. If you have completed your order and made payment but wish to cancel it, as long as it has not been shipped, it is possible to cancel the order and refund the money to your bank account. If the order has been shipped but you wish to cancel it, then you must contact us at 2310 785880 on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. In this case, the shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
